CARLOW'S STAR WEAVING JOURNEY
Carlow joined the One Million Stars project in early 2020, as Amber Women’s Refuge’s covers Carlow too. The first stars were woven with Carlow College St Patricks and Carlow Development Partnerships for International Women’s Day 2020.
Carlow College St Patricks, Bagenalstown FRC, Forward Steps FRC and Carlow Visual, Tusla Carlow and Carlow County Development Partnership have all taken part in weaving, promoting and hosting the project over the last 3 years.
This year we took part in Carlow County Development Partnership Europe 50 celebrations, marking 50 years of Ireland as a member of the EU. Exciting news of a new Carlow Exhibition to follow soon.
