ONE MILLION STARS IRELAND
KILDARES STAR WEAVING JOURNEY
In June 2022 Teach Tearmainn began our weaving journey in the communities of County Kildare. Together with over 30 community groups and schools, Teach Tearmainn has woven over 8,272 stars.
There has been an amazing response and interest from the community of Kildare with a huge demographic of young & old participants getting involved in weaving and taking part in the project.
We are currently working towards creating semi-permanent outdoor sculpture in County Kildare. Details to be confirmed for the next phase of Teach Tearmainn’s One Million Stars project.
