ONE MILLION STARS TO END VIOLENCE
Weaving Communities of Courage Against Violence
ONE MILLION STARS IRELAND
LIMERICK'S STAR WEAVING JOURNEY
The Hunt Museum teamed up with ADAPT Domestic Abuse Services, Mental Health Ireland, CWELL, Limerick City and County Council and Lawless Flowers to develop a One Million Star weaving network in Limerick.
Our target was to weave 10,000 stars by Christmas 2021 for an art display at The Hunt Museum to show solidarity towards those impacted by domestic violence. The stars were exhibited as a large eight-pointed star at The Hunt Museum.
Limerick Star Installation is now on view in Limerick West.
